The luggage forwarding service that's available everyday from 0800-1130. It's cash only but very convenient. The room for 3 persons was also much more spacious than expected, with space to open 3 medium-large luggages simultaneously. There's also a 7-11 directly connected to the hotel from 0700-2300. Finally, the taxi hailing service at the 24-hour front desk was super efficient as we needed 3 separate taxis and they all arrived at the same time.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years, and it is my hotel of choice when I visit Naha. I like the location, on-site parking, the breakfast buffet, and most of all, the friendly staff and service.

The location is amazing (directly at the tourist hotspot in Naha), staff was really friendly and helpful (even though I speak 0 japanese), the room was comfortable and clean.

Great location, nice rooms, shower was hot with good pressure. Full amenities available - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razers, toothbrush, etc. Breakfast was amazing!!
